Your trip is thoughtfully researched, organized, and customized around your travel style, priorities, and destination.

Once our consultation is complete, your planning process begins with a customized itinerary proposal featuring carefully researched options for each destination. Depending on your trip and availability, this may include 2–3 personalized recommendations for:

• Hotels and accommodations
• Flights
• Car rentals and transportation
• Scheduled tours and experiences
• Travel insurance

Up to three proposal revisions are included in your planning fee, giving us the opportunity to fine-tune your itinerary before booking.

Once your itinerary is finalized, we’ll schedule a booking meeting to secure your selected reservations.

Please keep in mind that more complex, multi-destination itineraries may require additional booking time. To help the process go as smoothly as possible, I recommend notifying your bank or credit card company in advance of upcoming travel purchases to reduce the chance of legitimate transactions being declined by fraud protection.

Once booking is complete, you’ll receive a detailed finalized itinerary designed to keep your important travel information organized and easily accessible.

• Remaining balances, resort fees, or other payments due during travel
• Complete flight information
• Hotel addresses, contact information, and reservation details

• Customized Google Maps lists for your destinations

Your personalized Google Maps lists may include your hotels and booked activities, top-rated attractions, dining options, medical facilities, pharmacies, and consulates or other relevant authorities where applicable.

International travelers also receive a condensed itinerary designed for customs and immigration, with essential travel details readily available if requested.
