A $100 planning deposit is required to begin researching and designing your standard package itinerary. This refundable* deposit secures personalized planning, detailed research, and a seamlessly curated travel experience tailored to you.
A $200 planning fee deposit is required to begin researching and designing your itinerary containing 2 or more destinations. This non-refundable deposit ensures your trip receives dedicated attention, expert research, and a fully customized approach, resulting in a seamless, elevated travel experience designed just for you. Additinal destinations will incur a $100 planning fee per added location.
To begin curating your group’s unforgettable travel experience, a $250 planning deposit is required. This non-refundable deposit allows us to coordinate logistics, secure availability, and thoughtfully design a seamless journey tailored to your group’s needs.
*Standard package deposits are refundable only upon completion of travel.
All other deposits and fees are non-refundable and serve as a commitment to begin the planning process. Refunds on bookings may vary and are subject to the policies of individual travel suppliers. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen changes or cancellations.
