When you book a standard travel package that includes any combination of hotel, flight, car rental, and travel insurance with our partnered suppliers, you won’t pay any extra service fees. Our commission is already built into the rates provided—just like it is with sites like Expedia and Priceline—but when you book with us, you also get personalized support and expert guidance every step of the way.

For bookings made through our exclusive wholesale platforms, a booking fee may apply—but rest assured, you’ll always save. Wholesale pricing offers deeply discounted rates, and even with the fee, your total cost will still beat public prices.

For accommodations or services booked through non-partnered suppliers (such as Airbnb or boutique properties without commission agreements), a 10% booking fee will apply. This allows us to continue offering personalized service, itinerary support, and expert guidance, even when working outside of our trusted supplier network.

Looking for a fully tailored experience? We charge a $50 planning fee plus 15% of the tour costs for custom itineraries that include two or more tours or event bookings. This ensures your adventure is thoughtfully designed and flawlessly executed.

Airlines do not pay commission,  so a $50 booking fee per traveler applies to flight-only reservations. This fee covers time spent finding the best routes, pricing, and schedule options for your trip. 

 To reserve travel for groups of eight or more, a 10% booking fee is required, which includes a $200 deposit applied toward the total.  This accounts for the additional coordination, communication, and planning involved in ensuring a seamless experience for your entire party.

Bookings for private jets or luxury yacht charters made through non-partnered providers will include a 10% booking fee. This allows us to source the best options available while still offering personalized service and premium travel experiences. There are no additional fees for partnered suppliers that provide Passiflora a commission through their pricing.
